* emacs.c: Integer overflow minor fix.

(heap_bss_diff): Now uprintmax_t, not unsigned long.  All used changed.
Define only if GNU_LINUX.
(main, Fdump_emacs): Set and use heap_bss_diff only if GNU_LINUX.
